1. Eligibility

  • By creating and using a Senvix account, you confirm that you meet all relevant legal requirements and that you are not barred from using such services under any applicable law or regulation.

2. Services Provided

  • The Senvix platform provides AI-assisted trading and investment tools across cryptocurrencies , Forex pairs , CFDs and stock markets.

  • We work with licensed financial partners and brokers to execute trades, provide market access and support account operations.

  • We do not guarantee any specific level of returns. While many users may achieve substantial gains, including returns of over 200% over certain periods, all trading and investment activity involves risk, and you may lose some or all of your capital.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Senvix, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

  • Use the official Senvix website and applications lawfully, and not engage in any activity that could be considered fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

  • Accept full responsibility for any trades or investment decisions carried out through your account.

If we suspect that your account has been used in a way that breaches these obligations, we may take appropriate steps, including restricting access or reporting relevant activity to authorities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Senvix may set a minimum deposit requirement to activate or maintain an account, which will be clearly communicated on the website or during the onboarding process.

  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within a typical timeframe (e.g. 24-48 hours), subject to internal checks, broker procedures and any required identity verification.

  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hardware failures, interruptions from third-party providers, or other events that affect connectivity or platform availability.

  • Losses resulting from user actions, such as sharing passwords , failing to secure devices, or ignoring security warnings.

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits , arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any protections or rights you may have under Australian consumer law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the righ t, at our discretion , to suspend or terminate any Senvix account if:
